What is the customer's problem?
The client, a producer of food stuffs, needs a brush for the blending of various types of powder.
Product specifications
Due to hygiene reasons the brush has to be stainless and easy to clean. To guarantee a better blending the brush may only be slightly trimmed. Additionally the trimm should be set to the boundary in order to obtain a homogenous mixture.
How does zeintra® solve the problem?
The roller of the brush is made of plastic and trimmed with highy-quality nylon 6.12. A tolerance of only a few tenths of a millimeter must be kept in the diameter. In order to trimm the brush to the maximum edge, the safety margin will be turned afterwards.
Customer benefit
Due to the automatic blending of the various powders, production costs can be droppped considerably. Additionally the blending is much more improved.
